However, this enhanced privacy measure does come with a downside – it may slightly affect the call quality. If having crystal-clear phone calls is your priority, it is recommended to use this feature only when necessary.
The only place that your IP is disclosed is to WhatsApp servers as this is how calls will be relayed.

Simply open the application and navigate to Settings , then Privacy > Advanced .
