Windows 11 is Microsoft’s newest update that they said they would never create. However, some devices may be unsupported. Here’s how to install Windows 11 on an unsupported device without losing any data.

How to do it

  1. Open Settings
  2. Click on Updates & Security
  3. Click on Windows Insider Program (be sure that you are in an admin account)
  4. Select the get started button
  5. Under Pick an Account to get started, select the + icon to connect the Microsoft account.
  6. Now head to this link.
  7. Click on Register and follow the steps
  8. Go to settings and attempt an update
  9. That’s it!

After over an hour, the full update should’ve been completed depending on what computer you have. Beware though, installing Windows 11 on an unsupported PC may bring glitches and bugs, as well as various apps not supporting the operating systems.
