People remotely control their MacBooks to check on them or run things faster on a slow MacBook. Here’s how to do it without installing anything.

How to do it

  1. Open System Preferences
  2. Click Sharing
  3. Enable Remote Login
  4. Enable Remote Management
  5. That’s it!

You can do this by doing the following steps:

  1. Open Finder
  2. Click Network
  3. Click the computer you would like to remotely control
  4. Click Share Screen and enter the username and password of the computer
  5. That’s it

You do have to make sure that you have the computer on, as in awake.
