People often use smartwatches for fitness purposes. However, you may at times want to set a goal for that specific day and to stay fit. Here’s how to set goals.

How to do it.

  1. Open Samsung Health on your phone
  2. Select the health metric you want to set a target for (steps, sleep, daily activity etc)
  3. Tap on the three dots in the top right-hand corner
  4. Choose set target
  5. Enter your goals for each metric in the menu
  6. Select save

Now you will have a goal. Whether it be for steps or even sleep, you can aim towards doing it with your smartwatch.
