The S22 Ultra has rounded edges, whilst the S23 Ultra edges are sharper, but to the point where you can get a good grip and the phone stays comfortably in your hand.
Cameras

- Galaxy S23 Ultra: 4 camera rear (200MP + 12MP + 10MP + 10MP, 100x)
The S23 Ultra can give better zoom images because of AI and the new 200MP sensor. Night mode has also been improved a lot because of the 200MP sensor.

Samsung has ditched Exynos and is going with Snapdragon for the world this year. The S23 Ultra also has Super Fast Charging 2.0 and Fast Wireless Charging 2.0, though the company has yet to share speeds.
